The Visiting Teaching Message for July is “Come to the Temple and Claim Your Blessings”. I made a claim check that includes quotes and scriptures from the message. It is intended to be a jumping-off point for more discussion on how we can personally claim the blessings of the temple. Some questions that I contemplated were as following:
1. (From the Message) What experience will I share to strengthen those I visit in their determination to “come to the temple”?
2. How can returning often to the temple bless my life?
3. What is the importance of learning about the Creation? How does that affect my life-choices?
4. How have I felt closer to the Savior as I have attended the temple?
I suggest you save the “Temple Blessing Claim Check” file on your computer, then open in Adobe Acrobat to get the best printable file (rather than printing directly from your internet browser). You can download the file here:

In Portuguese (via Ana Carolina)

super cute!! Thanks for sharing! I saved it and will print it when I get home from girls camp
incredible! thank you for the idea!
You are the best, thank you for your wonderful Ideas…
How do you find out what the message is so early? I see it on your post – and your link works – but I don't see it on lds.org until July 1st.
You are amazing! Another great idea! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you, ladies!
Megan – Since they are changing over to the new lds.org site, the only way to see the upcoming month's VT message is to go to lds.org, then Menu, Study, Magazines, Ensign, Current Issue, VT message. It is usually online 2-3 weeks before the month actually begins.
Just a quick note to let you know that a link to this post will be placed on CraftCrave today [23 Jun 01:00am GMT]. Thanks, Maria

Just had to stop to say THANK YOU, I love using your ideas when I go visiting teaching. It's nice to leave them with something tangible as a physical reminder throughout the month. I know it takes you a lot of time and effort- thanks for sharing your talents!!
Thanks for sharing your time and talents with us!
Can't thank you enough for your blog. I'm not a very creative person (my sister is) but I love being able to check your site each month and download the cute idea that goes along with the lesson. Even more, my ladies LOVE what I bring.

Love it, that's right in line with what I wainted to point out… If someone called to tell you you'd won a prize and just had to come claim it, would you re-arrange your day and make it a priority to go down there. That's how would should feel about getting to the temple :)!
Kristin-
You are amazing and I love your blog. Thank you for all of your time and effort you put into your handouts. On of my sister's native language is spanish, so your different language versions are such a blessing. Thanks so Delmy also. 🙂

Especially more so cause of a newborn and two other little children it makes me feel so much more able to get my VT done.

I’m thinking this would be good to use in YW when the lesson is on temple marriage.
Thank you. Thank you for this wonderful claim check printable. I’m teaching Relief Society lesson on the temple this Sunday and when I found this on Pinterest it made my day because it fits perfectly with my lesson. Thanks again!
